Another stock that's starting to move within range of triggering a big breakout trade is Sky-mobi (MOBI), which, through its subsidiaries, engages in the operation of a mobile application platform embedded on mobile phones to provide mobile application store and services in the Peoples Republic of China. This stock has been red hot so far in 2013, with shares up a whopping 88%.
If you look at the chart for Sky-mobi, you'll notice that this stock recently formed a triple bottom chart pattern at $3.31, $3.28 and $3.40 a share. That bottoming pattern occurred over the last two months. Shares of MOBI have now started to uptrend and flirt with its 50-day moving average of $3.76 a share. That move is quickly pushing MOBI within range of triggering a big breakout trade.
Traders should now look for long-biased trades in MOBI if it manages to break out above some near-term overhead resistance levels at $3.71 to $3.83 a share with high volume. Look for a sustained move or close above those levels with volume that hits near or above its three-month average action of 145,934 shares. If that breakout triggers soon, then MOBI will set up to re-test or possibly take out its 52-week high at $4.96 a share. Any high-volume move above that level will then give MOBI a chance to tag its next major overhead resistance levels at $5.55 to $6.13 a share.
Traders can look to buy MOBI off any weakness to anticipate that breakout and simply use a stop that sits right below some key near-term support levels at $3.40 to $3.28 a share. One can also buy MOBI off strength once it takes out that breakout levels with volume and then simply use a stop that sits a comfortable percentage from your entry point.

Ron Shaich, CEO of Panera Bread (PNRA), will live on a food-stamp budget of $4.50 a day for food for one week.
Shaich is living on the food-stamp budget as part of the SNAP challenge. SNAP is the system that replaced food stamps. Shaich started the challenge on Saturday and is documenting his challenge on LinkedIn (LNKD). Shaich took his $31.50, the average weekly budget for someone on SNAP, to a grocery store and boughtcereal, pasta, lentils, chickpeas and some vegetables. He noted that it was a barren shopping cart and that he didn’t know if he would be able to sustain himself on the budget. Shiach spent$25.95 on the food he bought that day, which leaves him with $5.55 to buy food with for the rest of the week, reports Daily Finance.

Perhaps most importantly, Chipotle's healthy-eating concept is easily duplicable. Already, Panera Bread (NASDAQ: PNRA ) has made its own inroads into providing healthier fare, using the opportunity to bolster its own growth and expand beyond its initial food offerings. Yum! Brands' Taco Bell division may never be the competitor that David Einhorn thinks it will be, but as less bargain-conscious restaurants see that the healthy trend will continue, Chipotle won't have the burrito market to itself forever.

At the end of last week, small cap sandwich stock Potbelly Corp (NASDAQ: PBPB) had a delicious surge of 120% for its IPOmeaning its probably a good idea to see whether its still worth getting in on the action plus take a look at the performance of peersCosi Inc (NASDAQ: COSI), Panera Bread Co (NASDAQ: PNRA) and Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc (NASDAQ: BAGL) as Subway remains private. I should mention that competing with Subway in the sandwich business is a tall order as they have 40,229 restaurants in 102 countries and territories as of early Septembermaking them thelargest single-brand restaurant chain and the largest restaurant operator globally. However, Potbelly Corp and its peers Cosi Inc, Panera Bread Co and Einstein Noah Restaurant Group aren slugging it out directly with Subway.

Rackspace Hosting Inc. (NYSE: RAX) was supposed to have its earnings report out after the close of trading on Monday. First, I compare the stock performance of Salesforce.com with other competitors. Although some competitors are not exactly in the same business, all of them have either a cloud computing or CRM component in their revenue: Citrix Systems (CTXS), Rackspace (RAX), SAP (SAP), Oracle (ORCL), Microsoft (MSFT), IBM (IBM), Amazon (AMZN) and VMware (VMW). Salesforce.com's one year stock performance, 13.51%, is far from the top (that is, SAS, with 31.19%) gainer. On one hand, things could have been worse, as a good number of competitors show negative returns. On the other hand, we should notice that the current stock price level has not changed that much since early 2011 ($39.2 per share). This stagnation is hard to ignore.

Advisors' Opinion:- [By Bryan Murphy]
Well, it would be inaccurate to see patent-defense companies like Vringo, Inc. (NASDAQ:VRNG), InterDigital, Inc. (NASDAQ:IDCC), and Acacia Research Corp. (NASDAQ:ACTG) have been forced into going out of business. But, it wouldn't be inaccurate to say some of these so-called patent trolls are now potentially facing a much bigger legal headwind. Investors of companies like IDCC, ACTG, and VRNG may want to reassess the upside of their holdings, now that new laws regarding patent litigation have all but been put into place.
